Who we are
RGENR8 is a trading name of BRI7 Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales. We are the data controller for personal data collected via this site.
What we collect
Name, email, postal address (for delivery), order details, IP address, and browser metadata for analytics. We do not collect or store payment-card details. Those are handled directly by Stripe.
Why we collect it
To fulfil orders, send order and shipping notifications, manage subscriptions, send marketing emails (only if you opt in), and measure site performance.

Cookies and analytics
We use Google Consent Mode v2. Essential cookies (cart, session) are always on. Analytics and marketing cookies only fire after you accept the cookie banner. You can change your choice any time via the banner or your browser settings.
If you don't accept, we still count visits and orders without cookies. Our server tells Google Analytics which page was requested, the site that linked to it and any campaign tags in the link. To group the pages of one visit it uses a code made from your network address and browser that can't be reversed and changes every day. This counting stores nothing on your device and is not sent to any advertising platform.
When you go to checkout, we pass Stripe a short reference saying how you reached us (for example a search engine or a link) and which page you bought from, so we know which channels work. If you have accepted analytics cookies, your browser also remembers where you first found us, so a later visit is credited correctly. It holds no personal details and you can clear it with your browser's site data.
Sharing
We share data only with the providers we need to run the business: Stripe (payments), Royal Mail (delivery), Resend (transactional email), and Google (analytics). We don't sell your data.
Retention
- Order data: 7 years (legal and tax requirement).
- Marketing list: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics data: 14 months.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, withdraw consent, and complain to the ICO. To exercise any of these, email support@rgenr8.com.
