You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a refund.
Eligibility
The bottle must be unopened, in its original packaging, with the factory seal unbroken. Opened or partially used bottles aren't eligible. No exceptions.
Return shipping
Customers pay return postage. We recommend using a tracked service so you have proof of dispatch.
How to claim
Email support@rgenr8.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We'll send return instructions, including the return address.
Refund timing
Once we receive the returned bottle and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we process your refund within 7 working days, to the original payment method.
Delivery cost
Original delivery cost is non-refundable. (UK delivery is free, so this is moot in practice, but it's our standard policy.)
Subscriptions
Cancelling a subscription doesn't trigger a refund of bottles already shipped. To return an unopened bottle from a subscription delivery, the same 14-day window applies, starting from the date that bottle arrived.
Your statutory rights
This policy matches and sits alongside your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which give you a 14-day cooling-off period for distance sales.
