RGENR8 Pure NMN Pro is a pure NMN 500mg capsule: 500mg of beta-NMN with only a vegan HPMC shell around it, no fillers or binders, at least 99% purity, and every batch tested by an independent accredited lab. The first order is £27.99 for 90 capsules with code WELCOME20 (31p a day, £0.62 a gram), then £34.99 every 3 months, and that first-order price per gram is the lowest we found for single-ingredient 500mg capsules in packs under 1,000 capsules (UK NMN Price Index, checked 10 to 11 October 2026). A single 30-capsule bottle is £24.95. "Pure NMN 500mg" is the most common spec on UK NMN labels and it gets used loosely, so here is what it should mean and how to check it, whoever you buy from.
Quick answer
A genuine UK Pure NMN 500mg capsule is a single-ingredient 500mg dose of beta-nicotinamide mononucleotide, verified at 98%+ purity by HPLC on a third-party Certificate of Analysis dated within the last 12 months, manufactured to GMP-equivalent standards, and sold in an opaque sealed bottle. If a brand can't produce a recent COA on request, the "pure" claim is unverified. RGENR8 sells exactly this: £24.95 for 30 capsules, or £22.95 on monthly subscription with free UK delivery.

Why 500mg specifically?
Mostly because it is convenient. In our dataset of 25 published human trials of oral NMN (2020 to 2026), the dose used most often is 250mg a day, and daily doses run from 100mg to 2,000mg. Yoshino et al. (2021) gave 250mg a day to postmenopausal women with prediabetes. Igarashi et al. (2022) gave 250mg a day to men aged 65 and over and measured higher blood NAD+. Yi et al. (2023) compared 300mg, 600mg and 900mg a day, and blood NAD+ was highest at 600mg and 900mg. A 500mg capsule sits between the commonest trial dose and the doses that did best in that comparison.
One capsule is one serving, and a 30-capsule bottle lasts a month. Every trial so far has been short (the longest ran 24 weeks), so nobody can yet say what a year at any dose does. The trials that gave exactly 500mg a day are listed on NMN 500mg studies.
What "pure" actually means on an NMN label
Three specific things, and any UK brand worth buying from will be able to confirm all three on request:
- Beta-NMN, not alpha-NMN. NMN has two stereoisomers; only beta-NMN is biologically active. A COA should specify β-NMN explicitly, not just "NMN".
- HPLC purity at 98% or higher. High-Performance Liquid Chromatography is the standard purity test. Anything labelled "lab tested" without specifying HPLC is doing a cheaper, less precise test.
- No fillers, no blends. A pure NMN capsule contains NMN, an HPMC or pullulan capsule shell, and at most a tiny amount of magnesium stearate or rice flour as a flow agent. Anything else (vitamins, herbs, "proprietary blends") means the headline ingredient is being diluted with cheaper material.
The third-party testing question
ConsumerLab's 2022 NMN audit tested several products on the market and found a meaningful proportion contained either significantly less NMN than the label claimed, or contained nicotinamide (a different, cheaper compound) sold as NMN. That's not a UK-specific problem (it was a global market issue at the time), but it's the reason third-party COAs matter so much in this category.
A genuine third-party COA names the testing laboratory (Eurofins, SGS, Cerilliant, ALS, or similar accredited bodies), gives a batch number that matches the bottle in front of you, dates the test within the last 12 months, and reports the assay result as a percentage of beta-NMN by HPLC. If any of those four elements is missing, treat the COA as ornamental.
What a fair UK price looks like for Pure NMN 500mg
In our UK NMN Price Index, checked 10 to 11 October 2026, capsules holding 500mg each cost a median £1.00 per gram of NMN at standard prices, about £15 for 30 capsules. The range runs from £0.63 to £4.00 a gram: roughly £9.45 to £60 for a month at one capsule a day. Price tells you little about purity or dose, so check the certificate of analysis whatever you pay.
RGENR8 is £24.95 for a single bottle (£1.66 a gram) or £22.95 a month on subscription. The 3-pack is £34.99 for 90 capsules (£0.78 a gram), one-off or every three months.
Made in the UK vs sold from the UK
A "UK NMN" brand can mean two very different things. "Made in the UK" should mean encapsulation, bottling, batch testing, and quality release happen in a UK-based GMP-equivalent facility, not that the brand has a UK office but ships finished goods imported from a Chinese contract manufacturer.
The raw NMN powder itself usually does come from one of a small number of qualified Asian suppliers: that's a structural feature of the market, not a quality issue in itself. The question is what testing and quality control happen between the bulk powder arriving in the UK and the bottle reaching your door. A brand that's confident in its supply chain will tell you exactly where its bottling and testing happen on a single phone call or email.
Storage, shelf life, and the cold-chain myth
NMN is moderately heat- and humidity-sensitive but it does not require refrigeration in a sealed bottle at UK room temperature for the duration of a 30-day supply. No long-term stability study on retail NMN has been published, so keep the bottle sealed, cool and dry, and use it by the best-before date (more in how to store NMN). The "must be refrigerated" claim is mostly used to differentiate "premium" brands that ship in cold packs. That is useful theatre, not strictly necessary.
What does matter: don't store the bottle on a sunny windowsill, don't leave it next to a heat source, and reseal the cap properly after each use. The standard kitchen cupboard at 15 to 22°C is fine.
Brand confusion: things called "RGENR8" that aren't this product
If you've searched "RGENR8 review" online, you've probably noticed search results that don't seem to match a UK NMN supplement. That's because several products share variants of the name:
- REGNR8RX: a US Rx supplement, unrelated to RGENR8 UK.
- Roll Recovery R8: a handheld deep-tissue massage tool for athletes, also unrelated.
- Gener8: a browser extension that pays users for browsing data, unrelated.
- Rapid Reboot REGEN and ReGen8 Duo V3 sauna: separate physical-recovery products, unrelated.
RGENR8 is a UK NMN supplement brand selling Pure NMN at 500mg per capsule. If you're reading a "RGENR8 review" that mentions massage tools, browser ads, or saunas, it's about a different product with a similar-sounding name.
The short checklist before you buy
Five things to confirm before any UK Pure NMN 500mg purchase:
- Single ingredient: beta-NMN, not a blend.
- Recent third-party COA (within 12 months) with HPLC purity at 98%+.
- GMP-equivalent manufacturing with documented batch records.
- Opaque, sealed packaging with a clear batch number on the bottle.
- Fair-market price in the £20 to £35 range for a 30-day bottle.
Any UK NMN brand that can confirm all five clearly, on a single email, is worth considering. RGENR8 confirms all five: Pure NMN, 500mg per capsule, beta-NMN at 99%+ HPLC purity, third-party tested every batch, made to GMP-equivalent standards, £24.95 one-off or £22.95 on subscription.
